Pre-Order Terms & Conditions – Christmas Bundles

Thank you so much for supporting our limited-edition Christmas collection! Before checking out, please take a moment to read the below information regarding pre-orders.

📦 When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping date when selecting your bundle. We offer two shipping windows:

• Ship from 10 November – Perfect for December 1st boxes or early gifting
  
• Ship from 1 December – Ideal for Christmas Day presents
  

Your entire order will ship together on the date you select. This includes all other items added to your cart (e.g. Busy Bags, stamps, etc.).

If you'd like to split your order (e.g. receive non-Christmas items earlier), please contact us before checkout via Instagram or email. Additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.

🚚 Tracking & Fulfilment

• You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped.
  
• Orders cannot be shipped earlier than your selected shipping date.
  
• All items are made to order and packed with love to arrive in time for the festive season.

❗ Refunds & Cancellations

Because these Christmas bundles are made to order with custom Play Clay, Kinfolk Pantry pieces, and exclusive Open Hand Learning stamps, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

For orders shipping from 10 November:

• Orders can be refunded or cancelled up until 1 November
  
• After 1 November, no changes or refunds can be made

For orders shipping from 1 December:

• Orders can be refunded or cancelled up until 20 November
  
• After 20 November, no changes or refunds can be made

This is because materials are ordered and custom items are in production from those dates onward.

All items in your Christmas bundle are designed with care and made using child-safe, eco-conscious materials. Here's how to keep everything in great condition for ongoing play and joy.

Play Clay Dough (by Play Clay)

• 100% taste-safe and naturally scented with essential extracts
• Made using natural pigments — colours may fade over time if stored in direct sunlight
• Store in its reusable container in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight
• If dough begins to dry out, you can knead in a few drops of water or oil to refresh it

Wooden Play Dough Stamps (by Open Hand Learning)

• Made from wood with rounded corners for safe toddler play
  
• Includes five laser-cut designs, with light residue possibly visible at first use
  
• For best results:
  Brush gently with a soft or damp toothbrush immediately after play

For dried dough, let it harden and gently flick or brush it off

• Avoid soaking or exposing to prolonged moisture
• Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight

Eco Cutters & Rollers (by Kinfolk Pantry)

Handcrafted in Australia from PLA, a biodegradable, plant-based material made from corn starch

• Designed for little hands — lightweight and safe
• Wipe clean with a dry cloth after play
• Do not soak or wash in water to preserve shape
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight
• Cutter and roller are also food-safe and suitable for cookie dough!

• This set contains small parts and is not suitable for mouthing or unsupervised play
