Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Free local pick-up is available in Alkimos, WA 6038. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, with pick-up times available Monday to Wednesday (9am–4pm) and Saturday (9am–12pm).
What age are Busy Bags for?
Best suited for ages 3+. They’re made for fine motor play at home or on the go.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 7 days. Handmade products like stamps and custom bundles may take up to 2 weeks. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Can I request a custom order?
Yes – we love custom ideas! If you have a specific theme or design in mind, feel free to get in touch via email or Instagram, and we’ll see what we can create for you.
Are your products safe for toddlers?
Our products are designed with little hands in mind. Sensory bases are made with food-safe or non-toxic materials (but not for consumption), and all items should be used under adult supervision. Recommended for ages 3+.
Do you sell wholesale or offer party favours?
We sure do! Wholesale bundles and party favour packs (like our toddler stamps) are available. Check out our wholesale tab or contact us to discuss your needs.
Are party favour purchases refundable?
No, party favour packs are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product. Please double-check your theme selection and quantity before placing your order.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $10.95 for orders under 5kg. Orders over 5kg will be calculated at checkout. Local pick-up in Alkimos is free.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is shipped or ready for pick-up. Make sure to check your inbox (and junk folder!) for updates.
I need a gift quickly – do you offer express shipping?
At the moment we only offer standard shipping via Australia Post. If you’re in a hurry, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I care for my products?
To get the most from your Open Hand Learning resources:
– Play dough stamps: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry fully before storing. Avoid submerging in water.
– Sensory bases: Store in the resealable bag or jar provided. Keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
– Busy Bags: Use under supervision. Store pieces in the provided packaging or a zip pouch when not in use.
Always supervise young children during play and check for signs of wear over time.
Are your products made in a pet-free environment?
Yes! All of our handmade products are created in a pet-free and smoke-free home to ensure they are clean, safe, and suitable for young children.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for flexible, interest-free instalments. Whether you’re shopping for your own little learner or gifting something special, we’ve made checkout simple and secure.
