We want you to love your Open Hand Learning purchase! Each product is made with care, but we understand sometimes things don’t go as planned.

🌟 All Sales Are Final on Handmade & Custom Items
Due to the nature of handmade and custom products (such as name stamps and party favour orders), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

🧸 General Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@openhandlearning.com.au.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

📦 Shipping Claims
Open Hand Learning is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Any issues related to damaged parcels must be lodged with Australia Post directly.

📮 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
