Pre-orders open: 16th February – 23rd March

Shipping begins: 24th March 2026 (please allow up to 7 days for standard postage)

WA orders: Ready for collection/shipping in the last week of March and first week of April

Please note: Refunds are not accepted after the pre-order cut-off date (23rd March 2026).

When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

All Easter pre-orders will ship from 24th March 2026.

Your entire order will ship together on this date. This includes any other items added to your cart (e.g. Busy Bags, stamps, or non-Easter products).

If you’d like to receive non-Easter items earlier, please contact us before checkout via Instagram or email. Additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.

Tracking and Fulfilment

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped.

Orders cannot be shipped earlier than the pre-order dispatch date.

All items are made to order and packed with care to arrive in time for Easter.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our Easter products are made to order and include custom Play Clay items, limited edition tools and exclusive Open Hand Learning designs, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Orders can be cancelled or refunded up until 23rd March 2026.

After this date, no changes or refunds can be made.

This is because materials are ordered and custom items go into production from this date onward.

All items in your Easter bundle are designed with care and made using child-safe, eco-conscious materials. Here's how to keep everything in great condition for ongoing play and joy.

Play Clay Dough (by Play Clay)

• 100% taste-safe and naturally scented with essential extracts
• Made using natural pigments — colours may fade over time if stored in direct sunlight
• Store in its reusable container in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight
• If dough begins to dry out, you can knead in a few drops of water or oil to refresh it

Wooden Play Dough Stamps (by Open Hand Learning)

• Made from wood with rounded corners for safe toddler play
  
• Includes five laser-cut designs, with light residue possibly visible at first use
  
• For best results:
  Brush gently with a soft or damp toothbrush immediately after play

For dried dough, let it harden and gently flick or brush it off

• Avoid soaking or exposing to prolonged moisture
• Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight

Eco Cutters & Rollers (by Kinfolk Pantry)

Handcrafted in Australia from PLA, a biodegradable, plant-based material made from corn starch

• Designed for little hands — lightweight and safe
• Wipe clean with a dry cloth after play
• Do not soak or wash in water to preserve shape
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight
• Cutter and roller are also food-safe and suitable for cookie dough!
